About me
Joe is an accomplished educator and facilitator with expertise in integrating Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) into myriad educational contexts.
With a Master of Arts in Teaching, he's taught in a variety of schools and communities from a High School in Central Florida to an Independent School in Seattle.
Joe's passion intersects with his deep involvement in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI); he has chaired school, regional, and national committees and regularly attends the NAIS PoCC where he is an Affinity Group Host for the multi-racial group.
Now full-time with IFSEL, he focuses on program development and partnering with schools and districts around the world to achieve their SEL goals.
To stay grounded, Joe (ironically) boulders, plays board games, and stays connected with his queer community.
