About me
Ericka Fur has spent the last 25+ years first as a middle and high school English teacher, and a school based learning specialist, and then as a clinician working in an interdisciplinary agency that serves children’s learning and emotional needs. She was a lecturer in the Stanford Teacher Education Program, where she taught elementary and secondary teachers how to support students with learning differences and was also a school coach for Challenge Success.
Ericka has been consulting to families, schools and post-high school organizations across the USA and beyond since 2010. Her expertise ranges from professional development and instructional design to understanding neurodiversity and learning differences, mentoring leaders, evaluating programs, and advocating for students. Her abiding goal is to think both expansively and inclusively about all learners and believes that educators have a profound ability to impact their students’ lives.
