How often do we – due to busyness or stress – react impulsively or lose composure? ! In this interactive workshop, we’ll learn how to Get a C.L.U.E. (Center, Line Up, Engage), through practices from mindfulness, aikido, SEL, and somatics to cultivate a sense of embodied presence. These practices are foundational for mastering our inner game so we can work together to design and implement systemic, sustainable school change.
