What becomes possible when we configure our school-wide systems around the central question, “What is best for all students?” Join us as we explore the transformative power of integrating systems that benefit all students. We’ll discuss strategies for soliciting student input (surveys, fishbowls, pitches, student-led initiatives), utilizing an iterative process in schoolwide decision-making (feedback cycles), and increasing buy-in from all community members.
