Brave Conversations with Youth on Race, Gender, Identity, Difference, and Bias

Engaging young people in conversations about complex topics such as race, gender, identity, differences, and bias is crucial for fostering empathy and building cultures of belonging. This workshop will equip educators with practical tools to approach these conversations in ways that meet the needs of adolescent learners. Participants will practice modeling vulnerability and courage, and will discuss how to create safe spaces for open dialogue.
